CEO Challenge is a career prep approved, tuition free activity. It can be woven into the regular school day or be an after school project. Schools may have multiple teams of
3-6 students; each team receives a $100 stipend to cover team presentation supplies. Teachers receive $400.00.
Spark:
- A one day Youth Entrepreneurial Summit
- Open to all high school students 10th12th grade
- Through interactive activities, and networking with other students and local business mentors students are involved in entrepreneurial thinking and high energy team building
activities.
- At the end of Spark students get more information about the next steps to Ignite and Launch.
Ignite:
- Students form teams at their schools; each team develops a business idea to present at Launch in March.
- Student driven: Interactive learning modules give students needed skills to create/develop/launch their business concept
- Teachers guide their teams through the JA provided learning modules 1-2 hrs a week
- Local Subject Matter experts provide "real life" knowledge and advice
